The Empire State Building tour takes from 2-3 hours to complete, but its worth it! The inside of the building has cool art deco designs on the elevators and door jams, and there are neat old black and white pics showing what it looked like when being built. And then finally after waiting in line and listening to every language on earth - I think we were the only native Americans there - we went onto the observatory deck and saw the most fabulous vistas and views. I would post the pics, but they are locked on Brian's machine this morning, and i'll have to get them later. This morning we are heading to Grand Central for their holiday festival, and then over to Dave Letterman's and try to get tix outside their theater. Tomorrow we head home - right through Chicago, where a snow storm is brewing. Great. I hope they re-route us, cause I'm not excited about staying at Hotel O'Hare...!
