Ever have one of those nights?

Well, yes...I'm sure you have....I managed to make a pendant last night, but when I tried to reduce the silver it made very dark brown streaks across the white glass...i know this can happen, but I tried so hard to avoid it and yet, I couldn't...I then tried to disguise the streaks, thinking maybe I could camouflauge them...and I don't like the final look...ugh..

And then my new Harry Potter watch has broken...There is a small faceplate glued onto the main plate, and its come loose...So, I packaged that up and am sending it off today and will hopefully get a replacement (which I would expect) but I hope the serial number is still as low as the 0075/2000. (which i don't expect). Rats!

So how was your night?

Ugh...I hate those kinds of days! Those "I should have just stayed in bed" days. Well, it's a new day...the sun's out in S.A., hopefully it's out in Austin, too!!

Hi Donna,

Oh..yes, I've had those nights but I didn't even get to the torch last night like I had hoped. Sorry about your HP watch, that is so dissappointing. Hope you get a quick replacement and that the Bead Fairy is a little more generous next time :)

OMG!!! You are too funny! I love the little Bunny Blegh!!! It cracked me up!
I haven’t been able to make beads for over a week and last night I finally had some time, well I “Bleghed” this morning too … I had a kiln full if fuglies! There is only one that I like, O’well, what are you gonna do right?
Today will be a better bead day for me; I am going to make beads all day!!
(It is my birthday and that is what I wanna do… LOL)
So hopefully the Bead Fairy is done “doing her business” in our kilns and she will be back to bless us with beauties!
Have a great day!

Awww Donna- you should have fixed it up with some scotch tape. Would have added an air of authenticity. Now the bead blahs...I suspect it's just the doldrums before another storm. You've been so on lately! Hope tomorrow's better :)
Aloha,
Elise
