Happy Texas Independence Day!
I didn't take Texas history, so I'm not well versed, but I think this state gained its Independence over Mexico on this date...I'm just glad there's a Mexican food restaurant at the end of our block that we can walk to for good strawberry margaritas...Gracias!
From the comments field a few days ago- "Donna, you cannot be serious about that couch!!PLEASE tell me you were only joking. If you weren't ~ then I apologise, but I shall look at your beads in a new light henceforth!"
So, someone is worried that I am serious about that purple couch!?!?..i'm flattered that anyone would be worried about what furniture I would or wouldn't sit on in my house...I suppose if I posted pics of leather furniture all the PETA folks would get on my case? What if I posted a bean bag chair and a Nintendo Wii as my only furniture on the living room? That sounds like a party to me...Don't worry about my furniture, I promise not to embarrass you darlin'...Well..maybe I will just for fun...ha...
Yeah, I started the You Suck book last night...against my better judgement, not cause it won't be great, cause I stay up too late reading it...must...use...restraint...
I've been having fun at the torch making some beads for me lately...I rarely keep anything for myself, which isn't so bad, but sometimes, as some of you have see in your notes in the package, I really really like the stuff I sell...I tend to make stuff that I like, and am happy to sell it, and never bother to go back and remake it again for myself...yesterday I made 4 bracelets for me from WAAAYYY back in the day...like from last year...who knows what will happen today...its sunny and warm out and I'm ready for a road trip...course, I keep saying that I don't ever go out...the car STILL needs washed...tomorrow I'm taking a class in town, and Brian is buying mulch and food for the roses...looks like that'll be my road trip this week...I think I'll stay home and see what I come up with today...
