Indian Winter
Patricia Santana linked to me in her blog...Love her...she's almost ready to have her kiddo, any day now...can't wait till she's making beads again, we've tried to do a swap, but time got away from us...I've tried to buy her beads, but I was too slow...one day I'll get some, tho...I'm lurking in the bushes, waiting waiting...I like how she called me a 'big knitter', cause I feel like I'm a 'barely there knitter'...I just post what I make, so it LOOKS like I make a lot of stuff, but compared to WendyKnits or my friend Katie, I'm just a n00bie knitter who likes taking pics of my latest project...did I mention I'm making new iPod cozies for Brian and me? and I've started another Fair Isle tote, but haven't gotten too far on it yet...i've changed up some of the designs in this one, we'll see if I'm able to pull it off...
We get a last few days of 'cool' weather before the blinding summer heat shows up...we've already had a few 90 degree days and boy, could we feel it...I'll take 63 outside right now any day...thank thee...
So yeah, Gilmore wrapped up last night...I was sad...and I hear that Veronica Mars isn't even on the new Fall lineup that's being debuted tomorrow in NY...sigh...guess my Tuesdays have just opened up...
On a good note, I made loads of focals yesterday...sweet...shiny...silvery...funky shapes...
